Please see below for Manchester Adult & Continuing Education’s frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, please email them to info@manchesteradulted.org or call 860-647-5075.
How do I know if I am enrolled in the class?
An email confirmation with all the information you need to attend class is immediately sent upon registration. If you do not receive an immediate e-mail, we suggest you check your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at 860-647-5075 or email us at info@manchesteradulted.org. All refunds for credit card transactions processed over 90 days past the original transaction date will be in the form of a check.
What is your refund policy?
A full refund will automatically be given if a course is canceled, is full, or if you need to withdraw before classes begin for any reason. After classes begin, requests for refunds will be considered if you are not able to complete the course or are not completely satisfied with the course or any aspect of the program. Your written request for all refunds can be sent to the Continuing Education office or emailed to info@manchesteradulted.org. All refunds for credit card transactions processed over 90 days past the original transaction date will be in the form of a check.
Where can I find closure/cancellation announcements?
When it is necessary to cancel classes because of inclement weather or other emergencies, local television networks and radio stations will broadcast this announcement. In addition to that, you may also visit our Board of Education website. In general, if day school is cancelled, all classes are cancelled. If school is closed early, there will be no adult or continuing education classes that afternoon or evening.
